Acceptance of Terms of Service
ContentJet Marketing Services FZCO operates websites including contentjet.com and contentjet.io (the "Platform"). The company provides marketing and promotional services ("ContentJet Services"). By accessing, creating an account, browsing, or using the ContentJet Services, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.
This represents the complete agreement and supersedes all prior agreements. Modifications occur without prior notice and take immediate effect.
Additional terms apply, including the Privacy Policy. These terms incorporate by reference all posted supplementary conditions for Brands and Creators.
2.
Provision of the Services
The platform connects Brands with Creators for user-generated content, video ad creatives, and branded ads. ContentJet manages campaigns, giveaways, content orders, and social distribution while maintaining compliance.
Platform access requires agreement to these Terms of Service. Continued use implies acceptance.
ContentJet reserves revision rights at any time.
ContentJet may alter the Platform and service scope. Your access to and use of the ContentJet Platform can be terminated at any time without prior notice.
Users bear all expenses for Platform access and services.
Standard delivery occurs within two weeks of video request approval, with efforts to deliver within 3-5 business days.
A revision is any change to delivered content. You are entitled to one revision round per piece of content delivered if it requires refilming and unlimited revision rounds if the revision can be done in post-production without refilming. Requests must arrive within 7 days.

Terms Applicable for Creators
Creator Eligibility
Creator account registration requires being 18 years or older. Campaign participation and compensation require meeting minimum standards.
Creator Compensation
Compensation occurs once content is submitted and accepted by the Brand. By creating Content, Creators agree to transfer all right, title, and interest in all Intellectual Property Rights to the Content to the Brand.
Rights in Content
All Intellectual Property Rights transfer to the Brand. ContentJet may use content for its marketing and advertising purposes. Creators waive all moral rights in the Content.

Additional Terms for Brands
Payment Terms
Services may require purchases or fees. Brands must provide accurate and current purchase and account information. Billing occurs through online accounts; sales tax applies. Prices may change; all payments are in U.S. dollars.
Terms for Campaigns
ContentJet retains sole discretion to reject non-compliant or unlawful Campaigns. You must not attempt to instruct, coerce, or manipulate Creators to conceal commercial relationships.
5.
ContentJet Intellectual Property
All ContentJet platform materials are protected by applicable laws. Nothing herein transfers, assigns, or grants ownership of Intellectual Property Rights. ContentJet grants limited, non-exclusive licenses for Platform use.
6.
Representations and Warranties
All provided registration information must be true, accurate, complete, and non-misleading. Submitted content won't contain anything illegal, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, or infringing.
7.
FTC Requirements
ContentJet is not subject to FTC testimonial rules. Brands bear sole compliance responsibility. Creators cannot make false or misleading statements as part of their endorsements and must disclose material connections.
8.
Use of AI Technology
Clients agree not to use AI or automated technology to modify, manipulate, or alter original content or speech of creators without ContentJet's explicit written consent. Clients may not use AI for language translation without explicit written consent.
9.
General Terms
If circumstances beyond ContentJet's reasonable control prevent the Platform from functioning as planned, ContentJet retains absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Platform.
10.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be exclusively resolved through final and binding arbitration. Claims must be pursued on an individual basis. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and class actions.
